Our In-Home Services
Our professional Home Care Aide (HCA) staff provides in home health care to those identified as being “at risk” due to physical and/or mental health as well as overall environmental/social well-being. They are trained to assist with a variety of personal care and/or light homemaking tasks that are essential in keeping people safe in their homes thus preventing premature institutionalization.
We recognize that each client’s needs are different, therefore our Case Manager/HCA Supervisor meets with each person in their home prior to initiating services to determine what may be needed in order to best care for that individual. Together, the case manager and the client discuss the Home Care Aide’s role in their life and devise a plan of care.
